Benches, tanks, fittings or a part that needs to fit an existing machine: we make stainless steel work around the application. Talk directly with Matt at our Patumahoe workshop about a new build, replacement or repair.
A kitchen bench needs a useful working height and room for equipment underneath. A tank needs the right access and fittings. A boat rail needs to match the boat and its fixing points. These details shape the fabrication as much as the overall dimensions.
We work with customers across commercial kitchens, food processing, rural businesses, transport and specialist projects. Browse the product routes below for examples, or send a sketch if your job does not fit an existing category. Our workshop serves Pukekohe, Waiuku, Tuakau, Franklin and wider Auckland.

Explore folded parts & enclosuresMatt has extensive experience with fabrication that needs to meet compliance and rating requirements. Talk through the intended use and required performance with him early, so the design, fabrication details and any necessary testing or documentation can be agreed for your project.
Tell us about water, salt exposure, cleaning products, heat or the material being handled. If a designer has already specified a stainless grade, include it. Otherwise, Matt can discuss the material choice for the application before quoting.
Show the surfaces that will remain visible, the edges people will touch and anything the new work has to meet. Include doors, pipework and clearance for removing equipment or cleaning underneath. For enclosed storage, see our stainless cabinets; for maintenance openings, see stainless access panels. These details are easier to resolve before metal is cut.
For a replacement, send photos of the complete assembly as well as the damaged part. For a repair, explain what failed and how it is used so Matt can assess the practical options. See our welding repair service for the details to send.
Send through photos, rough measurements and how it’ll be used — we’ll come back with a practical next step and a price.
