Scope & other costs
Batch quantities bring the per-part price down considerably. Folding only, on blanks you supply already cut, is charged at the workshop hourly rate plus setup.

What can you fold?
We fold stainless, aluminium and mild steel for brackets, panels, guards, enclosures and custom parts. Send the drawing, material, thickness and fold length so Matt can select the tooling and fabrication sequence for your job.
Do I need a CAD drawing?
No. A sketch with dimensions, a photo of the old part or the part itself is enough. If you have a DXF or PDF drawing, that speeds things up.
Do you do small runs?
Yes. We make one-off parts and small production runs. Send the part details and quantity so Matt can quote the material, setup, folding and any welding together.
Can you fold parts I had cut somewhere else?
Yes. Send the drawing, material and thickness before the parts are cut so Matt can check bend allowances, tooling and the folding sequence. That helps the finished part come out to the dimensions you need.
