Custom aluminium fabrication for Auckland work vehicles and equipment.

Make the available space work harder. We fabricate aluminium canopies, toolboxes, trays and components around the vehicle, tools and daily job, from our workshop in Patumahoe.

Plan the whole working setup.

A toolbox can fit the tray and still be awkward to open beside a canopy. A rack can clear the cab but get in the way of loading. Bring photos of the whole vehicle or equipment setup so we can discuss how the new aluminium work fits with what is already there.

We make custom aluminium work for trade, rural and transport customers across Franklin and Auckland. The workshop has a press brake for folded components as well as fabrication and welding capability. Send the dimensions, material requirements and drawing for Matt to assess the practical construction.

Rated work, loads and attachment

Matt has extensive experience with rated fabrication and compliance requirements. Describe what the item carries, the rating required and where it will attach. Include existing brackets, chassis or tray mounting points and any constraints from the vehicle or equipment manufacturer. Matt can work through the construction, mounting and verification needed for the particular job.

Doors, weather and everyday access

Think about what you reach for most often, whether doors can open in a tight parking space, and where water and dirt collect. Discuss locks, hinges, seals and drainage as part of the design. A tool layout or photos of the gear help make storage practical.

Small components and repairs

You can also enquire about folded aluminium brackets, covers and enclosures, or welding repairs to existing metalwork. Send a drawing or dimensions for new parts; for repairs, include both close-up and wider photos of the damage. We also make loading ramps around the equipment and required load, and battery enclosures to the agreed installation brief.

Got a job in mind? Let’s talk it through.

Send through photos, rough measurements and how it’ll be used — we’ll come back with a practical next step and a price.
