Home / Products / Van shelving & fit-outs
Alloy shelving, drawer units, bin racks, cargo barriers, ply floors and roof storage for tradie vans and service vehicles, fabricated to the van's panel shape and the gear you carry. Lighter than steel systems and welded so nothing rattles loose.
The range
Modular systems cost as much as a custom fit-out and still leave dead space in the wheel arches. We build the shelving to the van and the drawers to the tools, so everything has a place and stays there at 100 km/h.

Lockable drawer stacks on heavy slides, work benches and vice mounts for service vans.
Mesh or solid partitions behind the cab, with pass-through for long stock where needed.
Ply or alloy checker-plate floors, overhead shelves and external conduit tubes.
Indicative pricing
Indicative range only. Van size, one side or both, drawers versus open shelving and the finish set the price.
From a single shelving bay to a full both-sides fit-out with drawers.
Single-side shelving from $1,200; full fit-outs typically $3,500–$9,000 + GST
Bring the van and the tools; a fit-out laid out around the actual gear is worth an hour of both our time.
Questions
Alloy is roughly half the weight of steel for the same strength, which matters for payload and fuel. It also never rusts where the powder coat gets chipped.
Yes. Shelving is bolted to the floor and pillars through rivnuts, so it unbolts cleanly and can be re-fitted or sold with the van.
A single-side shelving job is usually a day; a full fit-out with drawers, floor and barrier is two to three days once the parts are made.
