Modular systems cost as much as a custom fit-out and still leave dead space in the wheel arches. We build the shelving to the van and the drawers to the tools, so everything has a place and stays there at 100 km/h.

Lockable drawer stacks on heavy slides, work benches and vice mounts for service vans.
Cargo barriers & partitions
Mesh or solid partitions behind the cab, with pass-through for long stock where needed.

Questions
Common questions about van shelving and fit-outs.
Alloy or steel shelving?
Alloy is roughly half the weight of steel for the same strength, which matters for payload and fuel. It also never rusts where the powder coat gets chipped.
Does the fit-out come out when I sell the van?
Yes. Shelving is bolted to the floor and pillars through rivnuts, so it unbolts cleanly and can be re-fitted or sold with the van.
How long is the van off the road?
A single-side shelving job is usually a day; a full fit-out with drawers, floor and barrier is two to three days once the parts are made.
