04 / The practical details
We plan it as a working space. Bench access, spare-parts storage, equipment use and the order of daily tasks determine the layout. Doors, drawers and removable items are considered together so you can reach what you need without unpacking the whole trailer.
Yes. Send the equipment models or the duty you need, together with the supplier's ventilation, mounting and service requirements. The machine, its installation and any specialist electrical work can be separate line items in the complete workshop quote.
Yes, where it suits the job. Send photos, dimensions and trailer information so Matt can assess the body, chassis and planned loaded weight before quoting the fitout. That also lets us compare retaining the trailer with building a complete setup around your equipment.
Yes. Heavy equipment is planned into the chassis, storage supports and restraint arrangement from the start. Provide each item's weight, the normal stock load and tow-vehicle details so the job-specific trailer design and checks reflect how it will actually be used.
How it works
We confirm size, materials, the loadings or spec and how it will be used.
It is all priced before any steel is cut, so there are no surprises.
Built in the Patumahoe workshop to the agreed spec.
Collection, delivery and any installation are arranged as agreed in your quote.
Let’s make it fit
Send your tool and equipment list with weights, the jobs you do on site, your tow vehicle and preferred access sides. Include the largest items, power requirements, where the trailer will be parked and what needs to stay accessible without unloading other gear.
