Fit a battery enclosure into the available space in a vehicle or equipment setup. We fabricate the metal box, lid and mounting details to the battery supplier’s and installer’s requirements; the electrical system is designed and installed separately.

The battery model and installation requirements establish the box size, ventilation, mounting and service access. Matt fabricates the enclosure to that agreed brief, coordinating the entries and fixing details with your installer.

Battery, charger, wiring, fuses, electrical installation and system certification are priced separately. Specify any protective rating so construction and verification can be included in the agreed scope.

Can you make a box for a lithium battery?
Yes, with the battery supplier’s and installer’s enclosure requirements included in the brief. Send the battery model, clearances, ventilation and mounting details so Matt can confirm the fabricated box and access arrangement.
Do you wire the battery system?
This quote covers the metal enclosure. Electrical design, protection, wiring and commissioning need to be arranged with the appropriate installer.
What if the installation needs a protective rating?
Include the required weather, ingress or fire-protection specification before the design is agreed. Matt can assess the enclosure construction and the testing or certified components needed for that particular installation.
Can you put vents and cable holes wherever I need them?
The required sizes and positions can be included in the drawing. Have the installer specify cable protection, clearances and ventilation before fabrication so the entries support the intended installation.
