Kit racks flex and rattle. A welded alloy rack made for your tray or canopy is stiffer, quieter and can be built with the crossbars, rollers and tie-downs where you want them.

Low-profile roof racks on canopies and vans for solar panels, awnings, kayaks and rooftop tents.
Pipe & conduit tubes

Can you fit a rack to a canopy you did not make?
Usually, yes. Bring the ute in and we check the mounting points and roof strength before quoting.
How much can the rack carry?
Racks are built to the load you tell us about — typically 100–300 kg evenly spread. The vehicle's own roof and tray limits still apply.
Powder coated or raw?
Raw alloy is cheaper and never rusts but goes dull. Powder coat in black or a colour looks sharper and protects against scuffs. Both are common.
