Should I use mesh or perforated sheet?
Mesh offers an open structure, while perforated sheet can provide a more continuous contact surface. The smallest part, sharp edges, cleaning action and support needed determine the best choice. Send a sample or photos so we can compare the options.
Can you replace a basket for an existing machine?
Yes. Bring the old basket or send its dimensions and the machine information. We check the opening, support points, lid clearance and handling arrangement, then agree any improvements before making the replacement.
Can the basket carry heavy components?
Yes. We build the supporting frame and handling points around the loaded weight and how it is moved. Tell us whether it is carried by hand, sits in a carrier or is mechanically handled so those details are designed into the job.
Will it suit my cleaning chemicals and temperature?
Send the chemical names, concentrations and operating temperature with the equipment requirements. Those conditions guide the stainless grade and construction. Any process-specific testing or validation is agreed as part of the job scope.
