The range

Anything that has to move product from A to B without holding on to it.

Every plant has one hopper that was never quite right. We build them to the flow, the product and the machine, with internal welds ground and polished so product slides and cleaning is quick.

Infeed & surge hoppers

Conical and pyramid hoppers with slide gates or outlets sized to the machine below, on legs or a frame.

Chutes & slides

Straight, angled and curved chutes with turned edges and quick-release sections for cleaning.

Funnels & fillers

Small funnels and fill heads for bottling, bagging and weighing stations.

Bins, totes & dump stations

Mobile tote bins, tipping bins and lift-and-dump stations for ingredients and waste.

Questions

Common questions about stainless steel hoppers, chutes and funnels.

What internal finish do you use for food contact?

Internal welds are ground flush and polished to a smooth, cleanable finish, with radiused corners where the product flows. Higher polish grades are available for sticky or allergen products.

Can you copy an existing hopper?

Yes. We measure it, fix whatever did not work the first time, and build a replacement that bolts into the same position.

Do you make the frames and stands?

Yes. Hoppers come on legs, frames or castors as required, in stainless or galvanised steel depending on where they live.
