Counter & beverage trays
Trays for drink-service areas with a removable insert or grate where useful, sized to the counter and the dispensing arrangement.

Home / Products / Drip trays & catch trays
Catch everyday drips beneath equipment, at a drinks counter or in a cleaning area. We make stainless trays to the footprint you need, with folded edges, removable inserts or a waste connection agreed around how the tray will be used and cleaned.

Tray applications
A shallow counter tray, a catch pan under a machine and a wash-down tray have different priorities. Specify the liquid, temperature, expected volume and how someone will reach the tray to empty or clean it.

A tray beneath specified equipment, with edges and cut-outs arranged around the feet, pipes and service access. Support requirements are checked if equipment sits on the tray.
A welded outlet or agreed waste fitting to suit the installation, with its position and the route to waste confirmed before manufacture.
Lift-out trays made to fit an existing shelf, cabinet or machine opening, allowing enough clearance for removal without tipping the contents.
Indicative pricing
Researched planning estimates in NZD, excluding GST. Footprint, edge height, material, welding, grates and outlet fittings affect the quote.
One fabricated tray with the agreed edge and outlet detail. Supply only.
Estimated $180–$1,600 + GST per tray
Plumbing and installation are separate unless quoted. Chemical containment, large or load-bearing trays are assessed and priced to their specific requirements.
Questions
Yes, a drain outlet can be included in the brief. Specify the fitting, outlet location and waste route, and allow access for cleaning it. The plumber should confirm the connection where the tray drains into building services.
Yes, when the tray and its support are designed for the equipment. Send the operating weight and foot positions so Matt can plan the tray, any grate and the load path to the supporting surface.
Send the chemical, required containment volume and site specification. Matt can assess the material and fabrication requirements and confirm any design or verification needed for that application.
Measure the smallest clear width, depth and height along the whole removal route, not just the space at the back. Allow room for fingers or handles, and send photos of anything that prevents the tray lifting or sliding out.
How it works
We confirm size, materials, the loadings or spec and how it will be used.
It is all priced before any steel is cut, so there are no surprises.
