Can you make a spool from an isometric drawing?
Yes. Supply the dimensions, pipe specification, connection schedule and orientation marks. We work through any missing fabrication details before manufacture so the finished section matches the installation brief.
Can you copy an existing pipe section?
Yes. An old section is useful alongside photos and measurements of the installation. Tell us what has changed and why the original needs replacing so connection alignment, material and access are considered together.
Can this be used for food or process pipework?
Yes. Send the process designer's material, internal-finish, cleaning and service requirements. Matt can plan the fabrication around that specification, with the required inspection, testing and documentation agreed for the particular job.
Do you design the whole pressure or pumping system?
This service provides fabricated pipework to an agreed layout and service specification. Your process designer or installer defines the system duty, pressure, flow and equipment selection; we coordinate the fabrication details with that brief.
