Dairy shed stainless gets hosed twice a day and leaned on by a herd. Galvanised rusts and rubs; stainless does not. We make the new pieces and repair the old ones, timed around milking.

Questions
Common questions about dairy shed stainless fittings.
Can you work around milking?
Yes. Measuring is done between milkings, most parts are made in the workshop, and fitting is scheduled for the gap in the day or during the dry period.
Do you repair galvanised rails with stainless?
Yes. Worn or rusted sections are cut out and replaced with stainless, welded to the sound galvanised rail with a proper transition.
Do you do rotary platforms?
We do the stainless around the platform — rails, splash panels, edging, bail work and stands. Platform drives and mechanical parts are the platform manufacturer's.
