Create a practical place to clean boots before entering a shed, workroom or processing area. We fabricate manual stainless wash trays and brush-support assemblies around the location, user access and the water and drainage arrangement specified for the site.

Made for your setup
A useful station sits where people can use it without blocking the doorway or tracking wash water through the building. Discuss splash, brush access, cleaning the tray and the wastewater route with the people who manage the entry area.

Questions
Start with where people enter, where they stand and how they reach the brushes or hose. Matt can arrange the tray, grate and supports to suit that routine while leaving room to clean the station itself.
Send the site’s cleaning procedure, products and equipment requirements. Matt can coordinate the fabricated station with the site team, including the access, drainage and removable parts needed for that procedure.
Send your plumber’s proposed connection and drainage requirements. The tray outlet can be fabricated to the agreed detail; the plumber needs to confirm the water and wastewater arrangements.
Discuss removable components, access below the grate and the brush replacement method when choosing the layout. Those details can be included in the fabrication brief.
