Can you replace pieces without moving the existing fixing holes?
Yes. A measured sample, template or clear drawing can be used to position the replacement holes and match the outline. Show any damaged holes or distorted edges so the new part is made to the intended shape.
Can these pieces go on a fire-rated door?
The protection must suit the particular door assembly and its approved fixing details. Send the door manufacturer’s requirements before fabrication so the size, material and attachment can be coordinated without assuming every door accepts the same plate.
Can you supply a batch for a kitchen or refurbishment?
Yes. Send a part schedule or a list of the locations and quantities. We can fabricate matching kickplates, corners and protection strips as one package, with each profile agreed before production.
How are the plates and guards attached?
The fixing method depends on the substrate, door or wall system and cleaning conditions. Screw holes, concealed arrangements or adhesive-ready surfaces can be prepared to the agreed installation detail. Include the attachment requirements with the quote brief.
