Finish a difficult junction, cap an unusual wall or replace a flashing that does not match a stock profile. We fabricate folded metal sections from your dimensioned sketch, with material, bends, joints and finish agreed before the job starts.

Folded building details
A clear profile makes a better-fitting piece.
Send a photo of the junction and a dimensioned cross-section of the part. Include the builder’s or designer’s weathering detail, adjoining materials and visible finish so Matt can confirm the folds, joints and fabrication method.
Roof & wall junction flashings
Custom apron, corner and transition sections from the supplied detail where standard profiles do not fit the junction.
Sill & edge sections
Folded sills, cover sections and drip edges for specified openings or cladding interfaces, with visible faces and end details clearly marked.
Replacement & short-run profiles
Small runs or replacements from a reliable drawing or sample, with dimensions verified and any deterioration in the original detail addressed by the installer.

Can you copy a flashing from a photograph?
A photo helps show the junction and visible finish. Add a cross-section, sample or verified measurements, marking the visible face and the direction of each return, so Matt can confirm the finished profile.
What is the longest flashing you can fold?
Send the required length, profile and material. Matt will check the press-brake setup and tooling for that part, along with any joint and transport requirements, then confirm the practical options.
Can you match my existing colour?
Provide the material brand and colour reference if available, along with a photo. Matt can check the available finish options; a sample helps when the existing surface has changed colour with age.
Do you design the waterproofing detail?
Fabrication is based on the agreed detail. Send the roofer’s, builder’s or designer’s requirements for weathering, fixings, overlaps and adjoining materials so these can be coordinated before the sections are made.
