Can you make a piece to match existing ductwork?
Yes. Send a sample or accurate measurements of both connections, including flange patterns, joint styles and the available space. Photos of the surrounding equipment help avoid clashes before the replacement is made.
Can you fabricate stainless ducting for wash-down or demanding service?
Yes. Tell Matt what the duct carries, how it is cleaned and its operating conditions. The grade, joint construction and access details are then selected around the specified service rather than a generic duct layout.
Do you supply a complete ventilation system?
The offer here is custom fabricated metal components. Your mechanical contractor’s system design provides the required routing and performance brief; fans, controls, installation and commissioning need their own agreed scope.
Can you work to a specified pressure or other project requirement?
Yes. Matt has extensive experience with rated and compliance fabrication. Supply the required operating conditions, drawings and inspection or verification requirements so the construction and job documentation can be agreed before manufacture.
