Questions about custom conveyor frames and metalwork.
Can you replace a damaged frame without replacing the whole conveyor?
Yes. Send photos, dimensions and the component layout. We can fabricate the replacement metalwork around reusable rollers, bearings and drives, with their condition and final installation checked by the equipment owner or installer.
Can you make the bearing and motor mounting points?
Yes. Supply the mounting drawings, adjustment requirements and alignment tolerances. We incorporate the plates, slots and connection details into the frame so your installer can fit the specified components.
Can the frame handle heavy products?
Yes. We build the supports and frame around the product loading and operating conditions. Send the maximum item weight, spacing, transfer forces and the equipment designer's requirements so the structure suits the actual duty.
Can you make stainless frames for a wash-down line?
Yes. Tell us how the line is cleaned and supply the equipment's hygiene and access requirements. Material, frame details, drainage and removable sections can then be planned around that environment.
