The range

Under the bench, in the floor or outside the wall.

Plastic grease traps are cheap until the lid warps or a fitting cracks. A welded stainless trap lasts the life of the kitchen and can be made to fit the space you have rather than the space a catalogue assumes.

Under-bench grease traps

Compact 40–150 L interceptors that sit inside a sink cabinet, with the inlet and outlet positioned to suit your waste pipework.

Floor-mounted traps

Larger 200–500 L units for takeaways and restaurants, with hinged or lift-off lids and lifting handles.

In-ground interceptors

Heavy-gauge tanks with load-rated lids for external or plant-room installation.

Replacement lids & baffles

New stainless lids, gaskets and baffle plates for existing traps that are otherwise sound.

Questions

Common questions about stainless steel grease traps.

What size grease trap do I need?

Your council's trade-waste team or your plumber sets the capacity from the number of sinks and the kitchen's flow rate. Send us that number and the space you have and we size the trap to fit both.

Do you install grease traps?

We fabricate and deliver. A registered plumber connects it and handles the trade-waste consent, and we work to their drawings and connection sizes.

Stainless or plastic?

Plastic is cheaper up front. Stainless holds its shape, takes hot water without softening, does not crack at the fittings and can be made to an odd size. For a kitchen that will be there in ten years it is usually the better spend.
