Chassis-mounted rock sliders, side steps and side rails built to fit your ute or 4WD and welded from tube and plate heavy enough to jack off. Made for vehicles that actually leave the seal, and for the ones that just need a step that does not sag.
The range
Factory side steps are pressed alloy on a plastic bracket and fold the first time they touch anything. A welded slider mounted to the chassis rails protects the sill, carries a hi-lift and doubles as a step.
Heavy tube-and-plate sliders bolted or welded to the chassis rails, with a kick-out and a jacking point.
Lighter steps and rails for road and farm vehicles, with a tread plate or grip-tape top surface.
A full-length slider with a folded step section under the doors, so it works on a worksite and on a track.
Straightening, re-plating and re-mounting bent factory steps and older sliders.

Sliders and side steps do not need low volume vehicle certification on a normal private ute or 4WD. Passenger service vehicles are the exception — tell us if the vehicle is one.
Questions
Not on a normal private ute or 4WD. Side steps and sliders that do not alter the structure or the seating are outside the low volume vehicle rules. Passenger service vehicles have extra requirements, so tell us if yours is one.
The heavy sliders are built for it, with a plated jacking point and mounts through the chassis rail. The lighter side steps are not — we will be clear which one you are getting.
We fit them to the vehicle rather than working from a catalogue, so most utes and 4WDs are straightforward. Bring it in for a measure, or send photos and the model and year.
Powder coat looks best and lasts well on a road vehicle. For a truck that gets used hard, hot-dip galvanising or a thick single-pack enamel is easier to touch up after a rock.
