01 / Made for the job

A useful ramp starts with the whole loading route.

Plan how animals enter, where the vehicle stops and how the handler reaches each gate. Those details shape the ramp floor, side containment, top transition and any adjoining walkway or landing.

01

Fixed livestock ramps

A fabricated ramp and support frame for the agreed yard and vehicle height, with metal floor and side details chosen for the stock.

02

Loading-bank steelwork

Side panels, gates and transition frames for a site where the ground or a constructed bank provides the loading height.

03

Landing and handler-access sections

Top landings, access gates and adjacent walkway sections coordinated with the ramp and truck interface.

04

Replacement ramp sections

New floors, side panels or complete ramp sections made around an existing yard after the supporting structure and layout are reviewed.

02 / Price & scope

Indicative custom livestock loading ramp pricing.

Planning estimates in NZD, excluding GST. Loading height, length, width, flooring, side panels, supports and access gates determine the final quote.

04 / The practical details

Questions about custom livestock loading ramps.

Can you make a ramp for both sheep and cattle?

Yes. Tell Matt which stock will use it and how they are loaded. Floor detailing, lower side infill and the transitions can be arranged around those animals and the vehicles involved.

Can it connect to timber yards we already have?

Yes. We can fabricate the ramp and connecting sections around suitable existing yards. Send photos, post positions and the proposed approach so the connections and any required strengthening are included.

Can the driver get into the truck from the top of the ramp?

Yes. An access gate, landing or adjoining walkway can be included where the layout calls for it. Show the vehicle door arrangement and how the handler works so the route and containment are designed together.

What if we load vehicles with different deck heights?

Send each loading height and how often the arrangement changes. Matt can discuss a fixed transition, a specified adjustable assembly or separate loading positions, then quote the solution that suits the yard.
