The coffee setup
Make each step of service easier to reach.
A coffee station needs space for the operator as well as the machine. Leave room for cups, milk handling, cleaning and maintenance, and check the equipment instructions before enclosing a fridge or cutting the worktop.
Wheeled coffee carts
A fabricated cart for moving within a venue, with the wheel choice, loaded equipment weight, stability and doorway clearances assessed together.
Fridge recesses & service openings
Openings planned around the chosen fridge and its required airflow, alongside routes for the machine’s water, waste and electrical connections.
Knock-box & rinsing areas
Cut-outs or fabricated sections for your selected knock-box, rinser and waste container, keeping removable parts accessible for cleaning.

Are the coffee machine and fridge included?
The estimate covers the fabricated station. Choosing your appliances first lets Matt plan the dimensions, support, ventilation and service openings accurately. Equipment supply is priced separately.
Can I move the cart with equipment on it?
We can design a mobile layout around the complete loaded setup. Send the equipment weights, the route it will travel and any thresholds so the wheel arrangement, stability and handling can be planned together.
Can the cart run without mains water?
The cart can incorporate space and fittings for a self-contained water and waste system. Send the proposed pumps, tanks and service requirements so these can be coordinated with the installer and the operating brief.
Why do you need the fridge model?
The fridge model establishes the ventilation gaps and access needed to remove filters or service components. Those details determine the recess dimensions and where surrounding panels can be fitted.
