Plan for the largest bin, its open lid and enough room to manoeuvre it past the others. A screen may be all that is needed; a fully enclosed bay adds doors and hardware. Ground levels, cleaning and runoff should be considered with the site layout.

Can it fit different council bin sizes?
Yes, the design starts with the actual bins. Send the sizes including wheels, handles and open lids; do not rely only on the stated litre capacity.
Can I take one bin out without moving the others?
That can be planned into the door and compartment layout. Show the available front clearance and the path to the collection point.
How do you allow for cleaning and ventilation?
Louvres or open areas can provide airflow, while clearance around the bins and accessible floor space make cleaning easier. Discuss the collection routine and drainage when choosing the panel and door arrangement.
Can it sit on a sloping driveway?
Send photos, level differences and details of the existing surface. The base, doors and fixing arrangement need to accommodate the slope, and groundwork may be needed separately.
